Book Your Dream Tour with Ease

 

We are excited to help you plan and book your dream tour with Get Egypt Tour or simply GET. Simply share your preferences with us, and we will take care of the rest. Before proceeding, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.

 

Personalized Itinerary Just for You

 

Upon receiving your request, a friendly representative from GET will promptly reach out to you. We will carefully discuss all the details and create a personalized itinerary designed specifically for you. Once you are fully satisfied with the proposed plan, we will move forward with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

 

Booking Policy

 

Embark on your dream tour with GET under our flexible terms and conditions. To get started, a convenient deposit of 25% of the total cost is required. Please note that for festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is requested. The remaining balance can be paid either two days before your arrival or in cash upon arrival. Rest assured, we will take care of all the details for you.

 

Credit Card Payments

 

To proceed with credit card payments, GET kindly requests a signed letter of authorization. This letter grants us permission to charge your card in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please ensure that the signature on the letter matches the one on both your card and passport.

 

Fair Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Periods)

 

Should you decide to cancel your GET booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Cancellations made from the date of booking up to 61 days prior to your arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the total tour price.
  • A cancellation fee of 35% of the tour price will apply if you cancel between 60 and 31 days before your arrival.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before your arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the tour price.
  • For cancellations within 14 to 1 day before your arrival, a full cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price will be charged.

 

Please also be aware that airlines may apply additional fees according to their terms and conditions, and a 5% bank processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

 

Fair Cancellation Fees for Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacation

 

Should you choose to cancel your trip, please be informed that the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Cancellations made from the date of booking up to 61 days prior to your scheduled arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour price.
  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price will apply for cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before your arrival.
  • If you cancel between 30 and 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival, a fee equivalent to 75% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Cancellations made within 14 to 1 day before your anticipated arrival will result in a full cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price.

 

Please note that, in addition to these charges, airlines may impose their own fees according to their terms and conditions. Furthermore, a 5% bank processing fee will apply to all refunds.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may require you to cancel your trip. However, we encourage you to carefully consider these charges and fees before making a final decision.

 

Refunds


In accordance with our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed promptly through the same payment method used for the original transaction. However, please be advised that no refund will be issued in the event of a no-show. Additionally, all refunds are subject to a 5% bank processing fee, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

 

Force Majeure

 

At GET, the safety and well-being of our customers are our top priority. In alignment with these values, we have tailored our cancellation policy to provide flexibility in the event that a government or airline issues a "Do Not Travel" warning to your destination. Should this occur, we will offer a full refund for the tour package paid or, in some cases, provide you with travel credit or a voucher that can be used toward future bookings at any of our available destinations. This credit can be applied to new travel services as needed, and your reservation will be adjusted automatically to reflect the travel credits. Please note that only flight cancellation or change fees, as per the airline's terms and conditions, will be applicable, along with bank surcharge fees on the deposit amount paid.

 

Accommodation

 

Our prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available for an additional fee. We carefully select hotels for their quality, but please be aware that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Flights

 

  • Domestic Flights: The quoted price is an average, and flight times are approximate. Any changes to your flight may result in a price adjustment.
  • International Flights: We are able to offer competitive rates for flights from your home location to your destination.

 

Black Friday Offers

 

Black Friday deals will be available until November 30th on our website. These offers are only valid for new inquiries made during the Black Friday sale period and may apply to specific seasonal or holiday packages. Certain exclusions may apply.

 

Responsibility

 

GET is not liable for any issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, acts of war, or modifications made by hotels or airlines. We are not responsible for any additional costs arising from these situations.

 

Special Requests Policy

 

At GET, we are dedicated to providing a personalized and memorable experience for our customers. Should you have any specific requests or preferences, we encourage you to inform us at the time of your reservation. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, please note that we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all requests, including pre-bookable seating. Although we will communicate your special requirements to our suppliers, we recommend reviewing our terms and conditions. Kindly be aware that we may not be able to notify you individually if a particular request cannot be met.
Please note that our standard terms and conditions do not include specific requests. Our primary focus is to ensure your satisfaction and provide you with an exceptional experience, and we are committed to going the extra mile to create lasting memories.
Children Policy (Child Sharing Parents’ Room)

 

Terms and Conditions

 

For Nile cruises, hotel stays, and package tours:

  • Children under 2 years old: Free of charge.
  • Children under 6 years old: 25% of the total tour price per adult.
  • Children under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour price per adult.
  • Children aged 12 and above are considered adults.

 

If your tour package includes flights, additional charges may apply for your child. These terms and conditions apply to one child sharing a room with their parents.

 

Sightseeing Tours and Shore Excursions:

 

  • Children under 6 years old: No charge.
  • Children between 6 and 12 years old: 50% of the total tour price per adult.
  • Children aged 12 and above are considered adults.

 

Please be aware that if your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry services, an additional fee may apply for your child.

 

Terms of Use for Photos

 

We may use your photos to inspire others and feature them on our website or social media platforms. By sharing your visuals with us, you agree to this usage. Thank you for being part of our travel community.

 

Tipping

 

Tipping is a customary practice to express appreciation for good service provided by staff. While tipping is appreciated, it is not mandatory. You are encouraged to tip according to your satisfaction with the service.

 

Complaints

 

If you experience any issues during your trip, please inform us immediately, as many problems can be resolved on-site. If your concerns persist, please contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. After returning home, if you are still dissatisfied, please submit a written complaint to our Customer Care Management team.

 

General Terms of Use

 

  • Any dispute or claim arising from or related to this website will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
  • The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not permitted to transact or use the website.
  • When making a payment for our services or products, your details will be submitted directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and merchant policies.
  • We accept payments online via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
  • We will not engage with or provide services to any countries that are sanctioned by the UAE, as per the laws of the UAE.
  • Multiple transactions or bookings may result in multiple entries on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

Acceptance of the Agreement

 

By accepting a booking, the client forms a contract governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement represents the complete understanding between the client and the company. The tour participants accept these terms and conditions by making a payment, either through bank transfer or credit card.
